The Acai Berry Diet simply involves using acai berry to help you lose or maintain your best weight. It works by providing the nutrition your body needs so your body functions better. How often you take acai will depend on the acai berry product you choose.

Science says that eating carbs can give our body energy. Eating protein can help quell hunger. Eating fruits and vegetables can give our bodies antioxidants.  The acai berry is the number one super fruit in the world.  It provides the body with nutritious antioxidants that provides tremendous health benefits.
