Exercise to Lose Weight with Acai Berry
Let’s face it, any type of exercise you do will help you towards your weight loss goals. But if you want to lose weight fast with Acai Berry than you should consider interval training during your workouts.
With interval training you rotate bursts of high energy and lower energy activity.
To lose weight fast with Acai Berry you don’t have to work out longer, just smarter. Rotate days of aerobics with weight training. On the aerobic days do a warm up, then 20-30 minutes of activity. Have your heart rate go up and down thoughout the work out. So for example minute no. 1 you take it to a moderate intensity level. Minute no. 2 you go to a high intensity level. Minute no. 3 back to moderate. Minute no. 4 back up. You can do this on a bike, walking, a tread mill etc.
On weight days alternate upper with lower body. So week one might look like this.
Monday: Upper Body
Tuesday: Aerobics
Wednesday: Lower Body
Thursday: Aerobics
Friday: Upper Body
Saturday: Aerobics
Sunday: Rest Day
Switch this the following week.
